  1. I miss the days of begging my mom for $17 each month for that sweet sweet playstation magazine demo disk, those were the days.

  2. *on the disk of a game that is intended to be played by all ages, including kids*

HERES A DEMO FOR THE DARKER, SEXIER SEQUEL TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GAME!

  3. I miss PC DVD disks..

Sure, you can go online and download all the software. There’s just something strangely cool about having it all on a disk ready to go. Even today on a gigabit connection.

  4. When I was in college my buddy had access to the beta. It was barebones back then without any of the new game modes they have now. You just spawned in and started hacking and building. Pure time wasting fun. I corrupted my save file somehow and lost everything I had built over the course of a couple months. Haven’t played again since then. RIP cool ass castle and massive underground trail system.

  5. Kid 1: “I found this in my parent’s room!”

    Kid 2: “Is it booze?”

    Kid 1: “No.”

    Kid 2: “Drugs?”

    Kid 1: “Close….”

    Kid 2: “What then?!?!”

    Kid 1: “MINECRAFT!”

    Kid 2: “Hells yeah!”

  6. Dragon Age 2 is kinda underrated though, it got shat upon on release for the recycled dungeons and stuff but the story and characters were solid.
