My neighbors have the most adorable cat on the face of earth. Little guy came by to say hi yesterday. Total sweetheart.

  1. My cat used to do this to our neighbour who was an old lady living alone, after a few months he stopped coming home as much so I bit the bullet and knocked on her door.

It was quite difficult to do but I told her that she could keep my cat as he only came home for food and then went right back to her, she seemed very happy and I hope he kept her company.

  2. It might want to live there. My cat did this. He was still a young cat ( nota kitten, not fully grown). And he came in the cat door following our other cat, started to hang out, sleep wherever and we were cool with it because he was such a friendly guy. As the fall came we knew he had an owner but didn’t know who, so we put a collar on him with a note. Then a half hour later we get a phone call from the original owner, he had 3 girls under 8, a small yappy dog. He thought we wanted to take him, we just told him we wanted to make sure he had a home and we wanted to get him fixed. The man said he can’t afford it then he eventually let us have him si ce he spent all the time here. He never went back to that house.

  3. My cat has unfortunately learned that dog doors mean free entry to whatever house he wants. He goes and visits my neighbors by barging into their homes uninvited. The kids a few doors up love it when he stops by and even have treats for him. Luckily everyone knows him and finds it charming!
He spends most of the day at home and sleeps with me at night, but sometimes I’ll hear from a neighbor that he stopped by to visit

  4. How do people let their pets roam outside like that? What if it runs away? What if it gets harmed? I’ve only ever lived in a bustling city so I don’t think I can understand

  5. Orange kitties are the sweetest in I’m opinion. I’ve had all colors but the orange ones always are a little friendlier.

  6. Have you considered placing a table out there under the window so they can say hi though it? Maybe put some plants on it for decoration?

  7. This made me smile so hard! When I was in middle/high school, someone in my neighborhood had a long-haired orange-cream-colored cat named Sally who would follow me home from the bus stop, and come to visit the weekends. To the point where my mom had toys and treats for her! She was known as the “neighborhood cat-“ she was just always around, blessing different people with visits. Everyone in the neighborhood looked out for her- she was the sweetest, most affectionate little thing I’d ever seen. I hadn’t thought about her in awhile- thank you for brightening my Saturday with this video, and the memory!!

  8. I have never in my life met or heard of an unsocial ginger.. We had one that would visit all the neighbors. He was the neighborhood mascot!

  9. I know this will get downvoted to oblivion, but this is why I will only have temperamental female cats. Male cats are just giant, wandering, loves. I had the best male cat, and someone swiped him ☹️.

  10. I once was told that tom cats are nicer. I have two female cats currently… and I totally believe it now
