I see the progress, but each one (even the first one) got its vibe though
Today it’s just a standard 2d platformer with no world-jumping abilities.
Looks like it devolved from 2019 to 2020. Started out with really cool concepts and then became a standard 2d platform without any interesting gameplay (that we can see). Art looks amazing though. I think it would be a really cool game if you worked on some of the concepts you had in earlier years.
I don’t see any progress between the bottom ones. Looks like there may have been a filter added or something.
Would have helped to compare the same locations instead of different ones.
2019 looks pretty good, I like the contrast in colors, easy on the eyes. Today added the ambient lighting and fixed particles and added dof. 😀
Where did the golem go?
What game is this
The modern graphics look great but I think I actually prefer the stylized look of the 2017 style.
He looks like that little bastard Orko from He-Man!
Cant say the same for Pokémon and Gamefreak.
Apologies for my ignorance, but what game is this? It looks great.
Checked out the Steam page. Some *strong* Ori vibes, and I’m loving it. Nice job, will be checking this out.
Must feel great to see the progress and be at the point of release now, eh?!
I’m digging the perceived depth and openess and coloring of the 2018 one the most actually.
Today it’s just a standard 2d platformer with no world-jumping abilities.
And there’s a demo!
2018 looked the best.
I want that
Wow that is really good bro
I’m getting Eversion vibes from this – any chance it was an inspiration?

For the uninitiated
Oh yeah, Unbound! Cool game. Link for the lazy: https://store.steampowered.com/app/814680/Unbound_Worlds_Apart/
Did you develop alone? Great job by the way.
Its shocking how much changed from 2016 to 2017
What’s the name of the game?
On I love this game, but I wasn’t able to buy it the demo was very fun.
when it’s coming to steam?
What made you change the color of the character?
Lol.. so in 2019 you scrapped it and went to unity with a standard asset pack?
I really want to develop a game, no matter how many trata I’ll spend on it.
I most curious about the decision for the main character to change colors from blue to red.
It looked like a flash game originally and it’s pretty pretty now.
If Slay the Spire did something similar I’d be willing to buy in.
I think I would prefer to play the 2017 version with the environment art of today.
Keep up the good work I like those styles
I think the ground work is there. Looks very good! Now you should focus on adding something that would make it stick out. Something unique, perhaps bold, but unique.
Reminds me of Braid.
Cute character
Even the first version looks like something that could have been released. Besides the graphics work, what got added from 2016 to present?
